How to review progress and strengthen practice through live monthly group coaching — join other team leaders to reflect, problem-solve, share successes, and get real-time support. One hour a month for 10 months.

Hi, I’m Helen Sanderson. I’ve spent years working in health and care, looking at person-centred practices and how these apply to teams. In this course, I’ll share what I’ve learned about making team agreements work in real life. My aim is to give you practical skills you can use straight away to build trust, openness, and positive results in your team.
